Inspired Gym began with a vision to create a training facility unlike any other in the United Kingdom. Kareem has selected pieces from across the world, restoring and customising them to create a collection with character, purpose and its own unmistakable identity.
Premium equipment lines from Nautilus, Cybex, Paramount, Hoist and many other brands come together here. This is a considered collection, shaped by a passion for equipment and the experience it creates for the person using it.
Visits to some of America’s biggest and most popular gyms inspired the atmosphere: expressive, energetic and unapologetically focused on training. Kareem’s ambition is to bring that same spirit to the UK while building a welcoming gym family of our own.

Social media content is welcome. Capture your progress while respecting other members’ privacy: ask before including anyone in your footage and keep equipment and walkways accessible.
Train your way
Men are welcome to train without a top. Bring a towel, maintain good personal hygiene, be respectful of everyone around you and wipe down your equipment after every use.
